She answered all of our questions promptly, and helped to negotiate a fair price and even repairs that needed to be done before closing. For communication, Kristina gets a 100 out of 5 stars! She answered every question I had ranging from the home buying process, to general first time home buyer education, and of course many questions about the homes that we saw. Between her knowledge and personality, she was truly a joy to work with and I felt like she fully had me and my partner’s back as a first time home buyers. And when the process got overwhelming for me (just hard to manage work and closing to do’s), Kristina kept me pumped and informed.
